Kaisercraft DT - Say Aloha Collection

Hi Everyone,

Today I am sharing my projects created with Kaisercraft's new bright and beautiful "Say Aloha" Collection.  This range has a gorgeous tropical feel to it and is perfect for those Summer holiday pics.

“Smile” Layout

I decided to use this recent photo of Brittany because it's predominantly white, and I used the white patterned paper for my background to make the vibrant colours in the pattern papers really pop.  I used the gorgeous diecut specialty paper which I cut into a couple of pieces and layered it with some of the diecuts from the matching Collectables.

How gorgeous is the new "Damask Quarters" Template!!  These are fabulous value at 4 templates for the price of one!  I have used some whipped spackle, then stamped over the top with the Hessian and Laugh Texture Stamps,  and finished off with some of the new Lime Kaisermist.

“Stand Out” Layout

I went for the hot pink and green papers from this collection to tie in with my pic of Brittany in amongst some Camelias.  I decided to soften the background paper with some gesso, which I applied with a sponge, then overlayed with some pink strips to frame my photo.  

I have used another of the yummy new templates, this one is the "Love Quarters"

A quick and easy card using the Paper Pad and Collectables, Clear Sticker Words and a few flicks of Kaisermist.

“Celebrate the Little Things” Card
 The "Malibu" and "Weave" pp's are also perfect for making quick and easy cards.  Just add a couple of Collectables or stickers from the 12x12 Sticker Sheet and a sentiment and you are done!!  OR you can go a step further and add some of the clear stickers and a bit of stamping.
