OH WHAT FUN!!!

Papercraft Show

Had a fabulous time at the Papercraft Show on the weekend and was so happy to finally meet some of the gorgeous girls that I know online.  I had a class with the fabulously talented Lou Nelson.   Leanne Jago (such a sweetie), Lauren Bell, Crystal Bowman, Nicole Pomeroy (I'm sure there were more but I can't think of them all) were in the class with me, so I got to have a little chat with them while we were madly trying to dry off our creations!!

I also got to meet some of the gorgeous girls from Scrapmatts.  I had a fab time with 2 of my scrappy friends creating a moving LO in Angella Peardon's class on Saturday and had the most wonderful time helping out the girls in Angella's class on Sunday, which was fab as I got to see it from both sides.    I was also able to see their gorgeous creations up close.. so inspirational!!!    Sofie and Andrew (both such sweethearts) the owners of Scrapmatts invited me out to dinner on Sunday night after the show and I had the loveliest time chatting with Angella Peardon, Renee Dowling, Sonia Thomason, Sharmaine Kruijver, Anne Patterson and Azza Sedrak.. had such a blast.

Saw so many other ladies on my travels around the stalls.  Had a few quick chats with the lovely Tracy and the gorgeous Jess Mack from My2Angels, but it was so busy I didn't get to sit down and have a cuppa with them.. so I was a bit disappointed, maybe next time!!  Finally got to meet the lovely Nicole from Craft Queen, but again it was only a quick visit.  I could go on and on!!

Lou Nelson's Fantastic Class

I was so excited to be able to take a class with the fabulously talented Louise Nelson.  Her creations are so inspiring, full of the most amazing textures and techniques.  This is what I created and I'm so happy with the result.  Lou is a fantastic teacher and even though the class was a bit daunting, she explained everything so well that you couldn't help but create something beautiful.  I learned so much in this class and it was wonderful to see Lou in action.  When I have a little more time I'm definitely going to have a play with these techniques.

I have to show some close ups, so you can see all the gorgeous detail & texture.

I will share the fantastic LO's I created in Angella Peardon's and Jane Tregenza's classes in the next few days.

Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving some love :)))
