I saw a few entries for this month's challenge at Scrap Around the World on Facebook and decided to check it out. I was taken in by the gorgeous mood board designed by the super-talented DT member Gayle Price and thought I would give the challenge a whirl.
Beautiful Inside and Out
I was inspired by the flourishes on the writing and the lacy swirly images from the painted design on the woman's face and the scallop details around her neckline. I decided to use the sketch and black and white for my colour scheme to match in with the mood board.
Materials Used: Bo Bunny, CI and Theresa Collins pp's, Prima damask stencil, EK Success Abstract Flower punch, Martha Stewart pansy punch, Basic Grey diecut sticker, Kaisercraft butterfly washi tape and rubon, lace, Craft Queen pearl embellishments, K and Company floral sticker, Bo Bunny butterfly stamp, Licorice Shimmerz Texturez paste, Gesso, black soot distress ink
