Kraft It Up

The Little Things

This months challenge at Kraft It Up is to incorporate the following saying on your layout, this could be using it as your title or in your journaling...

"There is no greater gift than today"

and of course to you Kraft on your LO. Pop on over a check out the gorgeous creations from the Creative Team for some inspiration!

I had a bit of a struggle trying to find the right photo and ended up using an old one of when Brittany was just 2 weeks old and Luke was almost 3. It's not the best photo but I don't have a lot of photos of the kids and me when they were little and the quote really lends itself to a LO with your children, which of course are the greatest gifts you can receive.

Used some BG kraft for the background with Fancy Pants Vintage Valentine and MME which are both kraft ranges. Gave it a vintage feel with some inked doilies, vintage lace, distressed edges, inking and misting and a few pearls to soften the embellishments. The main quote under my title reads "sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart" which I just love.

Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving some love. Your comments really make my day :)

  1. Oh I love that quote too. Love the cut and distressed paper, the fussy cutting which of course you are Queen of, and the pic is great. Can you believe they were once that little? I am used to seeing them as teenagers so great to see some baby pics.
