Super Hero

Scrap The Boys - Nov 1

This LO has taken forever to finish as I just wasn't lovin it!!  I've had it on my work bench since Sunday and kept going back to it & not liking how it was coming out.  I realised it was the images that I had cut out from an old comic book that just weren't  the right colour.  They were the perfect images as Luke had taken a fall from quite a height when he broke both his arms and cracked head, so I really wanted to use them, but the colours were too wishy washy.  I ended up getting my amazing son to help me manipulate the colour on the images in photoshop and voila!!! it made a huge difference.

I used some old Kaisercraft, Bo Bunny & WRMK pp's (trying to use up the massive amount of stash I have) with black cs to make it pop, & some old LYB Zach's Life  stickers.

Thanks for stopping by :)

  7. This is awesome Cathy!!! It's funny, but I just finished a similar sorta layout, in the fact that it's comic-book style with the zig zaggy edges too! It's for Get Picky! I really love this layout, Cathy! It was worth the extra time and effort!!! :D :D :D

Wow this is awesome, and I look forward to Nate being able to help me with my photos,,,it looks awesome what he did, the way you intergrated it to the layout is amazing, and what stunning photos of that little boy, I just posted on my block how time has just sped for the last 4 years for me....so much fun watching him grow but I miss the baby he was.. guess you have been through that twice. Looks like Fridays are really good for me, how are they with you. I so look forward to catching up again. Love to you and those gorgeous kids of yours, Nate just saw his photo of him on the X-box and he said "I go to my friends" it was so cute. Melxx
