Exciting News - The Scrapbook Store + Sept Sketch Challenge

Hi Everyone,

So excited to be able to share my news that I am now part of the fabulous Design Team for The Scrapbook Store!!

Today I am sharing my layout created for this month's Sketch Challenge designed by the talented Marelize Frisby.

A Winner is drawn at random... to enter upload your entry to the
September 2015 Sketch Competition folder to win a $40 store voucher & free postage in The Scrapbook Store Gallery before midnight 30th September 2015.

"Beautiful Inside and Out"

For my take on the sketch I have rotated the sketch once to the left and used Prima's Bella Rouge" Collection and gorgeous Blue Fern chipboard, which is available instore.  Check out my list of products linked to the store at the end of this post.

To create my background, the Belle Fleurs paper was altered using the Crafter'sWorkshop mini honeycomb stencil with Prima Art Basics Modeling Paste, then added some Lime Kaisermist splatters.  Once dry I stamped over the top with Kaisercraft Script stamp and Tea Dye Distress Ink

How delicious is this Blue Fern chippie.  I have cut this into 2 pieces and altered with Prima Art Basics - Texture Paste - White Sand.  Once dry I have coated with Viva Decor Inka Gold in Apricot for the flowers and a coat of Jade Green and Aquarmarine.  I also added some Peach Kaisermist to the flower sections then highlighted both pieces with Champagne Inka Gold.

Hope to see you play along... good luck!!

Materials List
Prima Marketing - Bella Rouge - 12"x12" Doublesided Patterned Paper - Sentiments
Prima Marketing - Timeless Memories - Flower Embellishments - Classical
Peach Mini Roses - 2cm

Thanks so much for stopping by :)
